FLOWINOX

A "Manstechnic|Life Technology" Brand.

From Sheet Metal to Delivery:
Stainless Tanks at Every Scale

Flowinox turns AISI 304 and 316L grade sheet metal into cylindrical tanks, silos and hopper-bottom tanks through CNC bending, TIG welding and surface grinding. Every project is covered, from 500 liters to 50,000 liters, from standard models to fully custom configurations.

Every tank undergoes a hydrostatic test at 1.5x working pressure before delivery. A material test report, welding certificate and test protocol are delivered with the product. Compliance with DIN 11851, SMS and Tri-Clamp standards is guaranteed.

Cylindrical Tank

Cylindrical Storage Tank Silo / Tall Storage Tank Hopper Bottom Tank Heating Jacketed Tank Pressure Vessel Water Storage Tank Chemical Process Tank Food & Beverage Tank CIP/SIP Compatible Tank Custom-Sized Stainless Tank

[ PRECISION ]

Ra ≤ 0.8 μm interior surface standard

Every tank, formed from sheet metal and joined with TIG welding, is ground to an interior surface roughness standard of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. This meets the microbiological cleanliness requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and beverage industries.

[ RELIABILITY ]

Hydrostatic test at 1.5x pressure

Every tank is hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times its working pressure before delivery. A Material Test Report (MTR), welding certificate and test protocol are delivered with the product.

[ LONG SERVICE LIFE ]

20+ years of field service life

AISI 304 and 316L grade stainless steel offers superior resistance to corrosion, chemical exposure and high temperatures. Under proper operating conditions, a service life exceeding 20 years is provided.

[ FLEXIBILITY ]

Custom production from 500 L to 50,000 L

Alongside standard capacity options, custom configurations are produced at every scale and geometry. Flange type, nozzle position and leg height for cylindrical, silo and hopper-bottom models are determined per customer.

[ WHY_FLOWINOX ]

Why do they choose us for stainless tank manufacturing?

"From raw sheet metal to a site-ready tank:
every weld documented, every surface measured,
every delivery tested."

From Sheet Metal to Delivery: Single-Source Manufacturing

AISI grade sheet metal, sourced as raw material, is transformed into a delivery-ready tank through CNC bending, plasma cutting, TIG welding and surface grinding. Every stage is documented, every measurement is recorded.

DIN, SMS and Tri-Clamp Standard Compliance

All nozzles, flanges and connection elements are manufactured to DIN 11851, SMS and Tri-Clamp standards. Custom sizing is adapted for integration into your existing installation.

From Small Batches to Large Series

Service is provided at every scale, from a single tank order to series production. We stand by you at every project, from SMEs to large industrial facilities, from pilot to full-capacity transition.

Turnkey Installation Support

Field installation, piping connection and commissioning support are offered after manufacturing. Our nationwide service network, including remote regions, keeps the project delivery process uninterrupted.

[ FREQUENTLY_ASKED_QUESTIONS ]

Frequently asked questions about stainless steel tanks

What determines the price of a stainless steel storage tank?

Price is determined by tank capacity (liters), material grade (AISI 304 or 316L), wall thickness, number of nozzles and flanges, surface finish (raw, ground or electropolished) and optional accessories (heating jacket, level indicator, etc.). Fill out the contact form to get your quote.

What is the difference between AISI 304 and AISI 316L?

AISI 304 is preferred for general-purpose food and water applications. Thanks to its molybdenum content, AISI 316L offers superior corrosion resistance in chloride environments and in chemical and pharmaceutical processes. Our technical team determines which material fits your project.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We work with you on projects of every scale, from a single custom tank to series production. Once you share your requirement through the contact form, we plan the best solution together with you.

Is the tank fully custom-manufactured for the project?

Yes. Capacity, geometry, nozzle and flange placement, surface finish and additional accessories are designed for your intended use. Rather than sticking to a standard catalog size, a solution suited to your process is developed.

Is it suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industry?

Yes. The tanks can be manufactured from FDA- and EHEDG-compliant AISI 316L material. An interior surface electropolishing option of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm is available, providing a geometry fully compatible with CIP/SIP cleaning systems.
